Refund Policy

We stand behind every tested camera we ship. If a unit arrives with a defect not disclosed on the product page, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund or replace at your choice.

Condition-tier-specific returns

Cuervo del Sol grades every camcorder by condition tier on the product page. Return eligibility depends on the tier:

• Working / Mint: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused beyond testing. Buyer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Defects discovered on arrival are covered by us (return shipping refunded, plus full refund or replacement at your choice).
• As-is / For Parts / Junk: Sold as-is, no operational warranty. Returns are not accepted except in the rare case of a defect not disclosed on the product page.

返品ポリシー (日本語)

Cuervo del Sol では各商品ページに状態区分 (Condition tier) を明記しています。返品の可否は区分により異なります。

• Working / Mint (動作品 / 美品): 商品到着後 14 日以内、未使用かつ動作確認のみの場合に返品を承ります。お客様都合の返品は返送送料お客様負担、当方都合 (商品不良) の場合は送料含め全額返金または交換対応いたします。
• As-is / For Parts / Junk (現状品 / ジャンク): 動作保証なしの現状販売のため、原則として返品・交換は承れません。ただし商品ページに記載のない欠陥が判明した場合はご相談ください。

返品をご希望の場合、注文番号と症状を明記の上 hello@cuervodelsol.com までご連絡ください (商品到着後 14 日以内)。
