By using this website and purchasing from Cuervo del Sol, you agree to the following terms.

Product descriptions

We do our best to accurately describe every camera, including any defects. Condition tiers (Working / Mint / As-is / Junk) reflect our testing results at the time of listing. Photos are of the actual unit shipped unless noted otherwise.

Pricing & availability

Prices are in USD unless noted. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders in cases of misprints or inventory issues. In such cases, we'll refund your payment in full.

Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Warranty

Working / Mint units carry a 14-day defect-on-arrival warranty. As-is / Junk units are sold with no warranty. See our Refund Policy for details.

Prohibited use

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Osaka, Japan.
