Shipping Policy

We ship from Japan. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your destination and the item's weight.

Processing time

Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times (estimates)

• Japan: 1–3 business days
• North America / Europe: 7–14 business days
• Rest of world: 10–21 business days

Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the buyer. For EU orders under €150, we ship DDP (duties prepaid). For orders over €150 and orders to UK / other regions, orders ship DDU (duties on delivery).

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact hello@cuervodelsol.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
